If you'd like to permanently delete your Just Gutsy account, please follow the steps below:
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Gutsy app.
- Go to Profile > Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm your choice when prompted.
This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When your Just Gutsy account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, photo, bio, preferences)
- Your trip, plans and history
- Your messages, chats, and group conversations
- Your activity history and matches
What Won't Be Deleted
- Messages you've sent to other users may remain visible to them (e.g., in their chat history).
- System logs or anonymized data may be retained for legal, safety, or analytics purposes.
- Financial records or transaction logs (if applicable) may be retained for compliance.
